When this family announced they were expecting a third, we were all convinced it’d be a boy… but nope, baby’s big sisters learned they were to have another girl in the family when mom and dad served them pink pancakes one morning!
A beauty like her mama and sisters, Baby R. stole all our hearts from the moment she arrived. Her family was so ready for her to be here, they were so relaxed and ready when I arrived for their session. Her big sisters adjusted so beautifully to their new or advanced roles!
Isn’t this master bedroom beautiful?? It’s like a picture in a home design magazine. This mama kept the color palette consistent across everyone’s attire, and it’s just perfection.
I love the blue nursery walls, because as a mother to a four year old girl, I know that time is limited until all some girls want is pink and purple and mermaids and unicorns… This nursery is soothing and sweet and peaceful. And when getting ready for baby’s arrival, the mama and I discussed at length the need for a good, really good, chair. Before my third as well, I finally invested in a great chair, and oh my goodness I wish I’d done so earlier!! You spend so much time in that chair nursing, soothing, reading… So worth it. So many comfortable memories will be made in it.
Enjoy this glimpse at newborn Baby R. and her loving family. xoxo
