Our gratitude for gathering with extended family has grown exponentially. We used to think of family gathering at holidays as a normal annual occurrence; now, we savor those times and appreciate cousins, siblings, and grandparents uniting more than ever.
This family brought all three sons and their growing families together at Thanksgiving, and they jumped on that chance to capture a full family photograph. Sometimes the most special photographs are the simplest — everyone together, gathered in the backyard, grateful to be together.
And I’ll let you in on a secret: It’s nearly impossible to get everyone’s eyes open and looking at the camera at once… which is where Photoshop comes in. I hand-edit every photograph, from minor retouching to head swaps to adding a tree over a garage wall (can you tell which one was added in the first photo??). enjoy this peak at their beautiful family!
