This session was so special for me to do! The matriarch of this family was our real estate agent who helped us find our home, that super special house where you envision raising your children. This is after moving like five times in the last ten years, so incredibly meaningful for us. She treated us like family, and my kids love her — I’ll always remember her sitting in our home on Mother’s Day morning with my daughter on her lap while we signed contracts.

Her first grandchild was born just before our littlest, and she shared photos of him in his first year of life as we worked with her. I felt like I watched him grow up (though he’s on the West Coast)! Her second grandchild was born in early summer, a baby girl here on the East Coast. She loves her family with such a full heart, and she’s someone who is always giving to others. I told her I wanted to gift her a photo session with her grand babies and their parents, for all she had done for us. How delighted I was when she took me up on the offer! Her daughter and grandson flew in for a few days to be with their new cousin/niece, and we met up to do family photos and some newborn pics as well.
